Dr Falk Pharma and Guts UK are currently inviting applications from gastroenterology (including hepatology and pancreatology) nurses working in primary or secondary care for a £1,000 prize in recognition of an innovation that has led to an improvement in patient care. Winners will attend an awards dinner at the British Society of Gastroenterology (BSG) Live ’24 conference, taking place 17th to 20th June at the ICC Birmingham, and enjoy access to the full programme of events taking place.
Interested candidates are encouraged to visit the Guts UK/Dr Falk Nurse Recognition Prize Webpage to find out more details and begin their application. Whilst colleagues are also invited to nominate fellow nurses for the award via emailingresearch@gutscharity.org.uk with the name of their nominee and a brief explanation as to why they wish to put their colleague forward. Guts UK will then contact the nominee to encourage the potential applicant to apply.
