ASCN UK 2022 Conference theme: Together Again - Demonstrating the Value of the Specialist Stoma Care Nurse
We are delighted to be able to welcome you to the Association of Stoma Care Nurses UK (ASCN UK) Annual Conference which will be held at the Harrogate Convention Centre from Sunday 9th to Tuesday 11th October. After two years of being apart we are looking forward to meeting again in person with Stoma Care colleagues and Industry representatives from across the country.
In recognition of this, and the Department of Health and Social Care’s Medical Technology Directorate’s interest in the stoma care specialty, the theme of this year’s conference will be ‘Together Again - Demonstrating the Value of the Specialist Stoma Care Nurse’.
We anticipate a programme filled with Keynote speakers and presenters - new and old, discussing a range of topics that will enhance the practice of those involved in delivering stoma healthcare. With support of our industry colleagues, charities and voluntary partners we aim to provide the largest exhibition of stoma care services and products in the UK. Similarly to previous conferences, we will be providing an afternoon of workshops on the Sunday followed by the opening of the Exhibition Hall in the evening. We also look forward to the networking opportunities that the Conference Dinner will provide on the Monday evening.
